COACHING CANCELLATION POLICY
I require 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
Appointments cancelled in less than 48 hours will results in a late cancellation fee of $100 for 55 minute appointments and $150 for 75 minute appointments.
Appointments that are missed without prior cancellation will result in a “no show” fee that is equal to the full session rate.
How to Cancel Your Appointment:
You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your appointment by following the “confirm/cancel” link in you text message reminder.
If you are cancelling your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will need to send an email to megan@religiousharmrecovery.com.
Exceptions for Late Cancellations:
I recognize that emergencies and same day illnesses do occur; therefore, I allow for one Emergency Cancellation per quarter, meaning, if you cancel in less than 48 hours, the late cancellation fee will be waived one time per quarter.
Quarter 1: January - March
Quarter 2: April - June
Quarter 3: July - September
Quarter 4: October - December
Logging in Late for a Session:
If you are running late for a session, please send me an email to let me know.
Due to scheduling constraints on my end, if you are late for your appointment, we will not be able to extend your appointment time beyond the original end time, and the same session rate will apply.
If you do not log on within 10 minutes of your appointment start time, and I have not received an email from you, I will log off, and the session will be considered a “no show.”

I understand that I am responsible for giving Megan Von Fricken at least 48 hours notice if I am unable to attend my scheduled appointment.
I understand that cancellations provided in less than 48 hours will result in a late cancellation fee of $100 for 55 minute appointments and $150 for 75 minute appointments, which will be billed to the credit card on file on the original date of service.
I understand that missed appointments without prior cancellation are considered a “no show” and will be billed to me at my full session rate.
I understand that if I have not logged on for my appointment within 10 minutes of the appointment start time and have not emailed Megan to let her know I’m running late, the session will be considered a “no show” and will be billed as such.
