How to Ensure My Emails Land in Your Primary Inbox

If you’re finding my emails in your Promotions or Spam folder, follow these steps to make sure they always arrive in your Primary Inbox!

For Gmail Users

1. Move the Email to the Primary Tab:

1. Open Gmail and locate my email in the Promotions or Spam folder.
2. Drag the email to the Primary tab at the top of the screen.
3. A notification will appear saying: “This conversation has been moved to Primary. Do this for future messages from [email address]?”
4. Click "Yes" to confirm.

2. Add Me to Your Contacts:

1. Open the email.
2. Hover over my name at the top of the email.
3. In the pop-up box, click Add to Contacts or Add to Google Contacts (depending on your version).

For Outlook Users

1. Move the Email to the Focused Inbox:

1. Find my email in your Other or Junk folder.
2. Right-click the email and select Move to Focused Inbox (or just Move to Inbox if using Junk).
3. A prompt may appear asking: “Do you want to do this for all future messages from [email address]?”
4. Select "Yes" to confirm.

2. Add Me to Safe Senders:

1. Go to Settings (gear icon) and search for Junk Email Settings or Safe Senders.
2. Add my email address ([insert email here]) to the Safe Senders list.
